An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Half-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 22" x 28") (Learn More) The Beast of Yucca Flats, the 1962 Coleman Francis horror thriller (the first of three movies Coleman Francis directed; it is said that "Night Train to Mundo Fine" is the worst of the "trilogy"!) starring Douglas Mellor, Barbara Francis, Larry Aten, Bing Stafford, and Tor Johnson (billed as "Special Guest Star Tor Johnson as the Beast"; a professional wrestler who wrestled as 'Super-Swedish Angel', and who appeared in many low budget 1950s horror movies). Note that movie paper from this movie is extremely rare. Normally, we would say we don't know why, but it is likely that it is because it was a terrible movie, and no theaters booked it! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster has never been machine folded! Most half-sheet posters were folded once horizontally and once vertically right off of the printing press. It is very difficult to find an unfolded copy of most half-sheets, especially from before 1970! Condition: good. There are many light water stains throughout the poster, but they are mostly noticeable in the white background areas. There are brown stains in the lower left credits area and a lesser amount in the middle of the credits area. There are creases, smudges, and one tiny area of paper loss around the edges of the poster. Learn More about condition grades
