An Original Vintage Party Game Card (measures 5 1/4" x 7 3/4") (Learn More) Amos 'n' Andy, the famous 1928 - 1955 comedy radio show (about two African American best friends and their families), starring Charles Correll (as "Andy") and Freeman F. Gosden (as "Amos"). Note that in 1930, there was a movie based on the radio show, with Correll and Gosden playing the lead roles in blackface. In 1943, a TV show version was added and it ran until 1955 (when both the TV and the radio show ended), and of course, being on TV, black actors played the parts. Important Added Info: Note that this is a cool full-color card that people used when they had an "Amos 'n Andy card party". It obviously was some kind of game that you played, perhaps gin rummy, and you would play in pairs, and each person would play under one of the character names from this show.
