Koch science fiction (sci-fi) monster horror thriller ("Warning! 'Frankenstein 1970' is the most blood-freezing horror ever created! This picture may be too dangerous for people with weak hearts! Beware!"; "Karloff, the One... The Only King of Monsters as the new demon of the atomic age! The most blood-freezing horror ever created... a horrifying Thing of the future."; "The one... the only King of the Monsters") starring Boris Karloff (in the title role as Baron Victor von Frankenstein), Tom Duggan, Jana Lund, Don 'Red' Barry (billed as "Donald Barry"), Charlotte Austin, and Mike Lane (as the monster; Lane is best remembered for his starring role as Toro, the giant boxer in "The Harder They Fall", and he played a number of strong men or monster roles in the years after that movie!) Important Added Info: Note that this 30x40 has a silkscreen printed poster with an actual black & white photo which has neatly been "tipped in" (glued to the lower right corner of the poster). This is how almost all 30x40s were made at this time! Paper banners were also commonly made in this way at that time, and it makes for a striking poster, and few people would realize that it is not printed on a single piece, unless they examine the poster closely. Note that the silkscreen portions of this poster usually pick up scuff marks far more easily than other posters of this period (this was caused by the method of silkscreen printing, and is very common on these posters, and is not considered a major defect, unless it is very noticeable or distracting). Also note that this poster was never machine folded. Most movie posters from before 1980 were machine folded immediately after printing, but a very few were left unfolded. An unfolded poster from before 1980 is almost always far more difficult to find than a folded poster of the same title, and finding unfolded posters in excellent condition is even more difficult!
