The paper has separated horizontally at center (see our image). It has some creases, defects, areas of paper loss and tears of varying lengths along parts of some edges but it is otherwise "all there" and has survived in reasonably good condition given that it is over 100 years old but please see our super-sized image to get a good sense of the condition of this item prior to placing a bid.
