Artist: Albert Sterner Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare poster. We have never auctioned one in all our years of auctioning! Condition: good. There is light rippling and slight discoloration scattered in portions of the poster due to exposure to moisture. It has a few creases and tears of varying lengths (generally 1" or less but one is relatively large at bottom - see our image). Many of the tears or other defects as described above have been repaired with several pieces of older or more recent conservation tape from the back and some of that older tape slightly bleeds through to the front. There is small pinholes at upper left. This is the kind of poster that responds really well to restoration. It is likely that many or most of the stains and rippling can be removed chemically during the linenbacking process and artwork is "all there" and still in generally nice condition given its age, and after proper restoration the poster will display well, but bear in mind the poster's condition and the cost of restoration before bidding on it.
