We auctioned one of those examples twice, and that same card has been reconsigned to us again (and the buyer had it mounted on linen), so this is still only one of three examples we have ever auctioned! Note that normally, we would send linenbacked items rolled in a tube, but because this item is very small, and because rolling it might caused it to have creases, we intend to send it in a small flat package instead (however, if the purchaser of this item also purchases other linen items, and absolutely wants us to send it rolled with those other linens, we will do so). What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The window card had surface paper loss, pinholes, and scuffs around the edges and in the bottom background area, extending into the credits at lower right. There was a pinhole in Bennett's shoulder and some smudges and scuffs in the image. Overall, the window card was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can clearly see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects. Learn More about condition grades
