Thunder Birds, the 1942 William A. Wellman World War II (WWII) military airplane aviation fighter pilot romantic love triangle melodrama (about an ace pilot who trains young men become pilots in World War II; one of his trainees is the son of his best buddy who was killed in the war, and the young man has a fear of heights, which, naturally, is a big problem, but his mentor tries to help him over it, but then the young man falls for the older man's girl!) starring Gene Tierney, Preston Foster, John Sutton, Jack Holt, Dame May Whitty, George Barbier, Richard Haydn, and Reginald Denny

Condition: fair to good. stains in Tierney's forehead at right as well as some discoloration throughout the card; tape stains in the upper left and right edges of the card; many pairs of staple holes at right (some extending into Tierney's hair) as well as some tack holes and pairs of staple holes around the edges of the card (some torn or enlarged from rough removal); scuffing, smudges, and some creases throughout the card (more so around the edges); light pencil writing in the top edge as well as some pencil writing on the back of the card that does not appear to have any effect on the front; Please do not bid on this card unless you can accept its defects or are willing to have it restored!
