Theaters would order this poster, which has a large blank area at the bottom middle where the studio would overprint the title of a specific movie, thus getting many posters for the price of one. Important Added Info: Note that this is a "stock" poster created by Monogram for use by theaters showing re-releases of their Jimmy Wakely movies. Theaters would order this poster, which had a large blank area at lower left. Sometimes the studio would overprint the stock poster with the title of a specific movie, and sometimes they sent a series of large paper snipes with the titles of specific entries of the series, so the theater could paste in each snipe as needed, thus getting many posters for the price of one. Sometimes stock posters are found with blank snipe areas. This poster has "Song of the Range" professionally printed on it. Condition: fair to good. There are creases throughout the poster and there is MUCH tattering and some paper loss along the foldlines and around the edges with most repaired with tape from the back.
