Spearman"; about the son of a man who owns a railroad, and he has a cushy job, but he wants to be his own man, and he goes out west and gets involved with a beautiful young woman, who is being conned into selling a valuable parcel of land for less than it is worth) starring George O'Brien (in the title role as John 'Whispering' Smith), Irene Ware, Kenneth Thomson, Maude Allen, and Spencer Charters
