Marin cowboy western romantic love triangle murder mystery melodrama (about a cowboy whose friend sends for him to help stop his cattle from being rustled, but when the cowboy gets there, his friend has been murdered, and no one is willing to help him find the killer, except for two beautiful women, who both have an interest in him!) starring John Wayne, Ella Raines, Ward Bond, George 'Gabby' Hayes, Audrey Long, Elisabeth Risdon, Don Douglas, Emory Parnell, Clem Bevans, Russell Simpson, and Tyrone Shapiro (a rooster that was called "the world's most unusual rooster"!) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: This three-sheet was printed in 2 sections. Condition: very good. This poster was linenbacked, and the restorer did a good job, but you can see signs of the restoration from inches away (since most people look at posters framed on a wall from at least a few feet away, we don't feel this is a defect, but we feel it should be noted). See below for this poster's pre-restoration condition (we are the only major auction company we know of that shares this information with our bidders, but we wish everyone did!). very good. Poster had small paper loss on some foldlines and at some crossfolds. It had minor smudges and creases throughout, as well as some tears on some foldlines and some border defects, including pinholes in the corners. The poster was pretty well linenbacked, but the restorer who mounted the poster did not leave any excess linen around the edges of the poster. At some point, the poster was roughly handled and there are now minor creases around the edges of the poster (in both the linen and the poster). Learn More about condition grades
