Some of her movies include: The Sound Of Music (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), Mary Poppins (winner of the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), Victor/Victoria (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), Enchanted, Torn Curtain, and The Princess Diaries. She was the first Eliza Doolittle in Broadway's "My Fair Lady", but she was passed over for the movie because she was unknown at the time, even though she could sing wonderfully, and her replacement, Audrey Hepburn, was not allowed to sing in the movie and had to be dubbed! As of 2024, she is still alive at the age of 89. Sadly, her singing voice was damaged in 1997 after a botched throat surgery to remove nodules. Important Added Info: Note that these stills measure 7 1/2" x 9 3/4" [19 x 25 cm], but they have not been trimmed. Also note that the still pictured at top left is a television still. Condition: good to very good. The two stills pictured at right have printing on the back that has slightly bled through to the front of the image, otherwise, they are in pretty nice condition.
