House of Games, the 1987 David Mamet con artist compulsive gambling poker-playing psychiatry crime mystery thriller ("Human nature is a sucker bet.") starring Lindsay Crouse, Joe Mantegna, Mike Nussbaum, Lilia Skala, J.T. Walsh, William H. Macy, and Ricky Jay (famed magician in a rare acting role). Note that star Lindsay Crouse was married to director David Mamet when this movie was made.
