Artist: Roger Kastel Important Added Info: Note that there are two important differences between the image on this soundtrack poster and the one that was used on the regular one-sheet. The first is obvious, which is that there are multiple shark images (no doubt to create the illusion that it is advancing toward the swimmer) while on the one-sheet, there is only a single shark image. But there is another more interesting difference! On this poster, the swimmer is quite clearly topless (see our image). But on the one-sheet, they added "water bubbles" around her chest area, so it is not as obvious (no doubt because they were afraid of offending parents taking their kids to see the movie!). Note that we have only auctioned this poster seven times over the years, and all but one were in lesser condition, and the one that was in nice condition sold for $1,011! Condition: good. The poster was never folded. and was stored rolled, which resulted in many "waves" in the poster, approximately 1" apart down the length of the poster. There are tiny creases in the top half of the right border and larger creases and tiny bits of surface paper loss in the bottom 8" of the right border. This is the kind of poster that responds really well to restoration. It is likely that much or most of the "waves" will disappear during the linenbacking process and after proper restoration the poster will display well, but bear in mind the poster's condition and the cost of restoration before bidding on it.
