Flying with Music, the 1942 George Archainbaud south-of-the-border tropical Caribbean musical ("Sky-ride out of this world to love in rhumba rhythm!"; "Take a joy hop thru the clouds to a sultry paradise of song in Hal Roach's high-speed musical full of love, laughs and melody!"; "Let's Get Away From It All On A Caribbean Island!"; "Ride the tropical skies to romance and song!"; "There's love in the air... love in sultry rhumba rhythm... in this gay musical of gay Americans in a Caribbean paradise!"; "Sweet - Hot - and Wonderful!"; "Sweet as its hit songs - Hot as the Caribbean island where the clipper pilot headed with a gorgeous blonde - Wonderful as the hundred sultry brunettes he found there... Every one of them romance-and-rhumba minded!"; produced by Hal Roach) starring Marjorie Woodworth, George Givot, William Marshall, Edward Gardan, Jerry Bergen, and Norma Varden. Note that this type of film was known as a "streamliner", which was between a short and a feature in length (usually running from 42 to 47 minutes). This particular film was one of the highest budgeted streamliners because of the musical numbers.

Condition: fine. The card with a LOT of people pictured has some smudging in the left of the bottom border. The card of the woman dancing has a pinhole in the top center of the image background.
