An Original Vintage Television Script (measures 8 1/2" x 11" [22 x 28 cm], 24 pages) (Learn More) Dirty Dancing, the 1988 - 1989 Kenny Ortega television (TV) romantic dancing series (a spinoff of the 1987 movie) starring Patrick Cassidy (as Johnny Castle), Melora Hardin (as Frances 'Baby' Kellerman), Paul Feig, Constance Marie, Charlie Stratton, and John Wesley Important Added Info: Note that this script belonged to the production designer for this TV series, and he had bound into it many additional pages relating to production design. But what is really special is that there are 18 original production drawings that measure 8 1/2" x 11" (each is hand drawn). Also note that this script is the revised draft from September 28, 1988 (for season 1 episode 4: "Walk Like a Man"). Also note that the writers are not credited on this but that the show credits L. Virginia Browne. Note that this is one of ten scripts we were consigned from the production designer for those ten movies (and are auctioning in ten separate auctions), and all of them, like this one, are quite different from "regular" scripts, because they have a lot of "extras"!
