Too much trouble for one town to hold..."; "EKBERG is the hottest tornado that ever ripped through the west..."; "About a Civil War hero who returns home and is accused of wounding his wife and killing her parents"; "At his trial, he testifies that she planned to run away with the minister, and that everything was accidental, and the audience sees the events from his perspective, but then the story is re-told several times, each time showing the events from the person who testifies' perspective, and eventually the truth is revealed"; Clearly, this was a western homage to "Rashomon", although the connection was not mentioned!) starring Sterling Hayden, Anita Ekberg (in the title role "as Valerie"), Anthony Steel, Peter Walker, and John Wengraf
