An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures approximately 3" x 4") (Learn More) Other Men's Women (also released as "The Steel Highway"), the 1931 William A. Wellman railroad train romantic love triangle crime melodrama (about a pair of railroad workers in love with the same woman; one of them is blinded in a train accident, and he heroically later gives his life so that his best friend can live happily ever after with the girl!) starring Grant Withers, Regis Toomey, Mary Astor, Fred Kohler, J. Farrell MacDonald, James Cagney and Joan Blondell. Note that this was the third movie that James Cagney made, and once again, he was appearing with Joan Blondell, who he had appeared with in his first movie "Sinners' Holiday". Once again, this pair of future superstars were so little thought of by Warner Bros. that they were not pictured on any of the advertising, although this time they were given sixth and seventh billing! Of course, their very next movie was "The Public Enemy", and they remained major stars for decades! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline). Condition: fine. This glass slide is in really excellent condition, and we feel that EVERY collector would be happy to own it. It IS possible it may have a MINOR defect or defects, but nothing at all significant. But we bet many dealers would call items in this grade "mint" or "near mint"! Learn More about condition grades
