Rockefeller's Rockefeller Commission and an investigation by New York District Attorney Charles S. Whitman) starring Jane Gail, Ethel Grandin, William H. Turner, Matt Moore, and William Welsh. Note that this is one of the first productions of Universal Studios, and it is interesting to note that one of the greatest of studios started off making an exploitation movie (which made lots of money, and helped Carl Laemmle to expand his studio and become one of the leading Hollywood studios).
