What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster was used in Denmark, and it has a circular Danish stamp in the bottom right over the credits. Also, the borders were folded back and there are tack holes around the edges. Otherwise, the poster only had minor fold and border wear. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The person who backed the poster left alone the censor stamp at bottom right, but certainly, any talented restorer could restore that area without re-backing the poster.
