An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" (8x10) Movie Still (Learn More) Under a Texas Moon, the 1930 Michael Curtiz romantic ranching musical cowboy western comedy (based on the novel 'Two-Gun Man' by Stewart Edward White; about a cowboy visiting a south-of-the-border town, and he falls for a beautiful senorita, played by Raquel Torres) starring Frank Fay, Raquel Torres, Myrna Loy, Armida, Noah Beery Sr., George E. Stone, George Cooper, Fred Kohler, and Mona Maris. Note that in this movie, like many of her movies of this time period, Myrna Loy did not play the leading female part. It would be another couple of years before she became a major star and was always the female lead after that, until she much later started to play some supporting roles.
