eMoviePoster.comAuction History Result 7h0914 LOT OF 9 FORMERLY FOLDED LA TERRA TREMA R2000S ITALIAN LOCANDINAS R2000s Luchino Visconti! Date Sold 9/29/2024Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. a lot of 9 formerly folded undated (probably 2000s) re-release Italian locandinas from La Terra Trema: Episodio del Mare (released in the U.S. in 1957 as "La Terra Trema"), the 1948 Luchino Visconti Italian sailing sailor fishing fisherman ocean melodrama narrated by Luchino Visconti, Antonio Pietrangeli, and Antonio Arcidiacono. Note that this film was first shown at the Venice Film Festival in 1948, before receiving a wider Italian release in 1949. All known Italian posters are for the 1949 wide release (it is quite likely that if a poster was created for the 1948 film festival release, it was one of a kind, and not studio issued, and would not have survived). IMPORTANT! The lot contains multiple examples of the same poster, so we have only pictured one, but the winner of this auction receives all of them! Measurements: each measures approximately 13" x 27"Condition: very good. We have only pictured one of the posters, but all of them are in similar condition. See the one that we pictured to get a sense of the condition of all the posters. Learn More about condition grades Titles included:
