Important Added Info: Note that I had never heard of this poster until around 15 years ago, when I received a sales list from one of the oldest dealers in the hobby, Carl De Maio, and it had no pictures, only a list of titles, and on it, it said "I LOVE TROUBLE ONE-SHEET (the nipple poster)"! I called up Carl and asked him what that meant, and he explained, and I bought the poster, and I have auctioned it several times over the years since, and just about everyone wonders HOW this poster got past the censors in 1947! What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and some minor wear on the foldlines. There were a few pinholes and small tears in the borders. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well! Note that at some point after linenbacking, the poster was roughly handled and there are now minor creases in the top part of the left end of the top blank border (in both the excess linen and the poster). This would diminish greatly if the poster were put under weight, and it would not show at all if the poster was framed. Learn More about condition grades
