On the Town, the classic 1949 Stanley Donen & Gene Kelly New York City military Navy Naval sailors-on-leave romantic musical ("They paint the town with joy!"; "MGM's Big TECHNICOLOR Musical!"; "The big Broadway musical now on the screen!"; "Based upon the musical play"; "Screen play by Adolph Green and Betty Comden") starring Gene Kelly, Frank Sinatra, Betty Garrett, Ann Miller, Jules Munshin, Vera-Ellen, and Alice Pearce. Note that this is the movie that features the classic song "New York, New York"!

Condition: very good. There is 1" of separation at the top crossfold. There are many tack holes in the blank borders and edges of the image background. Each blank border (slightly extending into the image background) has been folded back at one time. There are several 1" and smaller tears in the blank borders.
