Two Bright Boys, the 1939 Joseph Santley Texas oil drilling melodrama ("Fighting fury unleashed in desperate men!"; Cooper owns a Texas oil ranch, and he must fend off bad men trying to steal it from him, and Bartholomew plays the son of one of the bad guys who ends up helping Cooper) starring Jackie Cooper, Freddie Bartholomew, Alan Dinehart, Melville Cooper, Dorothy Peterson, and J.M. Kerrigan
