Note the lack of a ratings box and NSS information. Condition: good. There is a foreign stamp on the back that bleeds through to the front and a piece of tape at right center. There are several pairs of staple holes around the edges (with some torn or enlarged due to rough removal) and a piece of tape in each corner (not put there for any restoration purpose).
