Nea, the 1976 (released in the U.S. in 1978) Nelly Kaplan French/German teenage author sexploitation melodrama (based on the novel by Emmanuelle Arsan) starring Sami Frey, Ann Zacharias, Francoise Brion, Micheline Presle, and Heinz Bennent. Note that lead actress Ann Zacharias is Swedish, but she spoke fluent French. However, director Nelly Kaplan did not like the way her French sounded, so she dubbed her entire performance, using her own voice to replace Zacharias'!
