An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Title Lobby Card (LC TC; measures 9 3/4" x 12 1/2" [25 x 32 cm]) (Learn More)

Jesse James Under the Black Flag, the 1921 Franklin B. Coates silent post-Civil War historical outlaw cowboy western ("Jesse James Jr. in a vivid portrayal of his father's life in the historical drama 'Jesse James Under the Black Flag'"; about the notorious outlaw and his involvement with the outlaws who formed Quantrell's Raiders) starring Jesse James Jr. (in the title role), Franklin B. Coates, Diana Reed, Jack Neil, Harry Hall (as Charles William Quantrell), and Marguerite Hungerford. Note that this movie starred the real life son of the famous outlaw Jesse James, and he only appeared in two movies, and in both he played his famous father. Ultimately, he became a lawyer in Los Angeles!
Important Added Info: Note that ANY movie paper items from this movie are incredibly rare. We have only previously auctioned a different lobby card from this movie (and NO other movie paper of any kind) until we received this second lobby card! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Finally, note that this lobby card has been trimmed and it now measures 9 3/4" x 12 1/2" [25 x 32 cm].

Condition: good. Someone trimmed all the blank borders off, and the card now measures 9 3/4" x 12 1/2". There are pinholes in the corners. There is a stain in the middle right of the image, which shows in the horse's face, but not much in the background to the right of it, although you can see it on the back of the card. Note that this card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
