An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" Movie Still (Learn More) George McManus was an cartoonist and writer from the 1910s to the 1950s, best known for his cartoon strips "Jiggs & Maggie", "The Newlyweds & Their Baby", and "Let George Do It" (all of which were successfully turned into several short comedy features!). McManus passed away in 1954 at the age of 70. Important Added Info: Note that there is information about the still printed on the back (it describes how two of McManus' comic strips "The Newlyweds and Their Baby" and "Let George Do It" have been two of the most successful series of movie two-reelers. Condition: very good to fine. There are faint emulsion scuffs scattered throughout the still, but they are truthfully not very noticeable except when the still is tilted to the light.
