An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More)

Our Gang, the 1922 Robert F. McGowan silent Our Gang Little Rascals family comedy ("'Our Gang' Comedies"; "Hal Roach presents His Rascals"; written and produced by Hal Roach) starring Anna Mae Bilson, Jackie Condon, Mickey Daniels, John Hatton, Ernest 'Sunshine Sammy' Morrison, Peggy Cartwright, and "Fido" (the dog). Note that this was the very first movie to be filmed (but the third to be released) in this incredibly popular series, which continued for over two decades, through many cast changes, moving from Pathe to MGM along with producer Hal Roach. Also, note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving complete copies are thought to exist (only a small fragment has been found).
NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
Important Added Info: Note that lobby cards from this VERY FIRST Our Gang short are incredibly rare! We have only previously auctioned one example of this same scene (but that example was in MUCH lesser condition), and otherwise, we have never auctioned ANYTHING from this iconic first Our Gang short! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has.

Condition: very good to fine. There is a very faint vertical crease in the lower right edge of the image, and someone very lightly creased part of the left and right blank borders, but the above very minor defects are barely noticeable from the front of the card. Otherwise, the card is in excellent condition. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
