Stars on Parade, the 1946 Joseph Seiden black African American musical short ("An all-star all-colored cast!"; "Comedy! Music! Melody!"; "An All American streamlined feature"; "Entertainment that is tops!") starring Bob Howard, Una May Carlisle, The Phil Moore Four, Eddie South,and Francine Everett

Condition: fair. Most of the stills have staple holes around the edges and a few within the image. One still has yellow paint in the top border and one still has a 4" scratch mark down the upper left of the image.
