Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" Movie Still (Learn More) The Palm Beach Girl, the 1926 Erle C. Kenton silent Florida family relationship gambling romantic comedy (about a poor Iowa girl who goes to stay with her rich Florida aunt, and she finds that she doesn't like the rich life, including betting fortunes on speed boat races between the Florida Keys and Havana, Cuba, but she finds a young speed boat mechanic to fall in love with) starring Bebe Daniels, Lawrence Gray, Marguerite Clayton, Josephine Drake, and John Patrick. Note that this movie has an unusual "comic" sequence where Daniels has her face covered with soot, and when she boards a train soon after, she is made to sit in the car with the black African American passengers, which was considered hilarious in 1926! Also, note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: very good to fine. There are minor scuffs in the still, as is common with stills this old, but they aren't very noticeable or distracting. Learn More about condition grades
