Some of his movies include: Shane (as Chris Calloway), Mighty Joe Young, The Last Picture Show (winner of the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film), She Wore a Yellow Ribbon, and The Getaway. He passed away in 1996 at the age of 77. They come from the collection of Ken Jones, who was an author of many books about old-time actors, including many character actors.
