And the lips of its golden-haired queen!"; "From a novel by Stephen Longstreet"; not really a western, about a bad man who is kicked out of the Union army in the Civil War, and he becomes a gambler, and he has an employee with a beautiful wife, so, much like David and Bathsheba, he arranged to have the man in a dangerous situation, and he is killed, and he weds the widow, but she learns the truth about him, and he must try to change his ways to win her back) starring Errol Flynn, Ann Sheridan, Thomas Mitchell, Bruce Bennett, Tom D'Andrea, Barton MacLane, Monte Blue, Jonathan Hale, and Al Bridge NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that these 8x10 stills appear in every way to be original U.S. release EXCEPT that there is one very tiny line of French type in the lower right of each still. It reads, "IMPRIME AUX ETATS-UNIS D'AMERIQUE". A collector has told us that he believes this means the stills were used in French speaking parts of Canada, but they were printed in the U.S., and that makes complete sense to us! So they are original stills from 1948, but they were printed for use in parts of Canada. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Condition: very good to fine. There are a few minor scuffs and indentations scattered throughout the stills but they are mostly only noticeable when held at an angle to the light. Learn More about condition grades
