An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed 8 1/4" x 10" [21 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Gene Nelson was an actor, director, dancer, and screenwriter from the 1930s to the 1980s. Some of his movies include: This is the Army, The West Point Story, Lullaby of Broadway, and Oklahoma (where he played Will Parker). He also directed Kissin' Cousins and Harum Scarum starring Elvis, as well as many episodes of TV shows including "Star Trek"! He passed away in 1996 at the age of 76. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Gene Nelson! Our consignor purchased a collection of autographed stills that were collected by Leonard Sorgi, who was a unit manager for ABC for shows like The Soupy Sales Show, The Jerry Mahony Show, and many others. He was also Unit Manager for the Academy Awards for a number of years, and during his long and varied career, he met many celebrities and obtained autographs from them in person (often personalized to him). Our consignor (and we) feel certain that the autograph on this still is authentic! As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction. On non-signed items, we give a "lifetime guarantee" on everything we auction, but on signed items, we give the above modified guarantee of 30 days after the auction closes.
