Clark and Bradbury Foote"; an unusual story of a World War II veteran who had a brain injury during the war, which causes him blackouts, and he is found with his murdered wife, and he is convicted of killing her, but is sent to a mental hospital, and there he meets a beautiful psychiatrist who not only falls in love with him, but who decides he did not commit the murder, so she sets out to prove him innocent) starring Robert Taylor ("Tough"), Audrey Totter ("Tempting"), Herbert Marshall, Dorothy Patrick, H.B. Warner, and Warner Anderson. Note that in this movie, Robert Taylor (like other actors like Fred MacMurray and Dick Powell) reinvented himself as a noir hero! Mr. Sanders was a nationally recognized projectionist, film poster collector, and union activist who passed away last year, and the net proceeds from the sale of his varied and eclectic collection will be donated to promote film studies at the Besant School of Happy Valley in Ojai, Ca. Condition: good. There are small bits of paper loss and several areas of separation along some parts of the foldlines and/or crossfold(s). There are many significant defects scattered along the edges of the poster, and there is wear and bits of paper loss along the foldlines and there are many areas of foldline and/or crossfold separation (more so around the edges).
