Zanuck; about a mentally ill schizophrenic woman who is placed in a mental institution, quite daring for its time, and one of the few movies ever to give an accurate portrayal of schizophrenia and its treatment at that time; nominated for the Best Picture Academy Award) starring Olivia De Havilland (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), Mark Stevens, Leo Genn, Celeste Holm, Glenn Langan, Helen Craig, Leif Erickson, Beulah Bondi, Lee Patrick, Howard Freeman, Natalie Schafer, Ruth Donnelly, Katherine Locke, Frank Conroy, and Minna Gombell.
