There is a nail hole with a tear and surface paper loss at middle right, with a faint small water stain and tiny V-shaped tear near it, and there is a piece of brown paper tape on the back of that area. There are some tack holes and tiny stains around the edges. There is a piece of tape on the back of the center of the top border, but it was not put there for any restoration purpose.
