Though he was of Italian descent, he lived and worked as a Native American Indian for his entire life. He is well-remembered as the man who sheds a tear in the "Keep America Beautiful" ads of the 1970s and 1980s, and some of his movies include: El Condor, A Man Called Horse, and Son of Paleface. He passed away in 1999 at the age of 91. Important Added Info: Note that this REPRODUCTION still has been personally autographed (signed) by Iron Eyes Cody! Note that our consignor is a major western buff who attended all of the western memorabilia shows of the 1970s on, and he became friendly with all the B-western stars who regularly attended those shows, and he would often socialize with them outside of the shows, and he obtained many signed photos in person over those years. He has reached an age where he has consigned his collection to us. We are 100% certain that the autograph on this item is genuine! Condition: very good to fine. The REPRO is in nice condition!
