An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Italian One-Panel (known in Italy as a "2 Fogli") Movie Poster (measures approximately 39" x 55") (Learn More) La Figlia di Frankenstein (released in the U.S. in 1972 as "Lady Frankenstein"), the 1971 Mel Welles (billed as "Mel Wells") & Aureliano Luppi Italian mad scientist science fiction (sci-fi) sexploitation horror thriller ("Only the monster she made could satisfy her strange desires!") starring Joseph Cotten (as Baron Frankenstein), Rosalba Neri (billed on U.S. posters as "Sarah Bay"; in the title role as Tania Frankenstein), Paul Muller, Herbert Fux, Paul Whiteman (as The Creature), Renata Kashe, Lorenzo Terzon, Ada Pometti, Andrea Aureli, Gianni Loffredo, Pietro Martinovich, Riccardo Pizzuti, Herb Andress, Baltiero Rispoli, and Mickey Hargitay (billed on Italian posters as "Mikey Hargitay") NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is an Italian movie, and its original Italian title is "La Figlia di Frankenstein". Yet this Italian poster has the U.S. title ("Lady Frankenstein")! This would leave us to believe that it is possible this poster is a re-release, although it is also possible it was released in Italy under both titles, or that this is an Italian export poster (although we did not know Italy to have ever made one-panel posters as export posters). If anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Also note that this Italian one-panel measures approximately 39" x 55" and is folded. Finally, note that this Italian one-panel will be sent folded in one of our standard mailing packages. Condition: very good. There are tiny tears on many foldlines and some separation and tiny paper loss at some crossfolds. IN THIS SPECIAL HALLOWEEN AUCTION, we have given a more detailed overall condition grade along with more details about the condition described in words. Of course, we could not describe every single defect, plus there are some defects (like separation on folds, tape on the back, extremely tiny pinholes, etc) which can be VERY difficult to see, even in our largest "super-sized" image.
