An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) Woman in Hiding, the 1950 Michael Gordon crime film noir ("40,000,000 people are looking for Deborah!"; "I was never afraid of anything before..."; "Based on the Sat. Eve. Post serial story... Fugitive from Terror"; about a woman who has a creepy husband, and she plans to escape him, but then she is in a car crash and people assume she died, so she vanishes and lets the world think her dead, but eventually, her husband discovers the truth) starring Ida Lupino, Howard Duff, Stephen McNally, Peggy Dow, John Litel, Taylor Holmes, and Joe Besser. Note that the Julia Roberts movie "Sleeping with the Enemy" "borrowed" most of the plot elements from this movie! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: good to very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and some minor border wear. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was backed onto a very thin linen, with little restoration, and since it was backed, the poster was handled roughly, and there are now creases around the edges of the poster. If I owned this poster, I would surely have it removed from the thin linen, and backed by a talented professional. After the touch up of the minor defects described above, the poster will look fantastic! Learn More about condition grades
