Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded One-Sheet Movie Poster (28" x 41") (Learn More) Diner, the classic 1982 Barry Levinson Baltimore Maryland 1950s coming-of-age comedy melodrama ("Suddenly, life was more than french fries, gravy and girls.") starring Steve Guttenberg, Daniel Stern, Mickey Rourke, Kevin Bacon, Timothy Daly, Ellen Barkin, and Paul Reiser. Note that virtually every single actor and actress in this movie (who were mostly unknown at this time) went on to significant careers, a real compliment to the casting director of this movie, Ellen Chenoweth, who could really spot talent! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this one-sheet measures 28" x 41". This is a rare proof one-sheet that never had the 1" with the color chart trimmed off of the left blank border. Please do not bid on this poster thinking it is 27" x 41". Note that this one-sheet came directly from an individual who worked at MGM in the 1970s and 1980s. He received samples of posters which he carefully saved. His collection includes some posters that are extremely rare, and in fact, he may have some posters which were only made as samples and never were generally distributed! Condition: very good.
