An Original Vintage Vinyl Poster (measures 28" x 42 1/2" [71 x 108 cm]) (Learn More)

What Have I Done!, the 1920s highway safety poster ("State of New Jersey Street & Highway Safety Campaign"; "State Board of Public Roads"; "Gulf Refining Company Cooperating") encouraging people to be safe on the highways, and featuring moving art of a man holding an injured child. The poster was created with metal grommets inserted into each corner of the vinyl, so that it could easily be displayed by putting the grommets over hooks or nails (and the new owner could do the same thing!). We have seen two examples of this poster with different companies overprinted at the bottom, so we imagine this was a poster that was distributed to many Rhode Island companies, with their specific information overprinted in the bottom. If anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.

Condition: very good to fine. The poster has minor wear but has generally survived in excellent condition!
