Mankiewicz England coast haunted house human-ghost-relationship romantic fantasy melodrama ("The spirit... so willing! The flesh... so weak! The romance... so wonderful!"; "From the novel by R.A. Dick"; about a widow in 1900 who rents a British cottage by the sea, and it is haunted by a long dead sea captain) starring Gene Tierney (in the title role as Lucy Muir), Rex Harrison (in the title role as the ghost, Captain Daniel Gregg), George Sanders, Edna Best, Vanessa Brown, Anna Lee, Robert Coote, Natalie Wood (in an early childhood role), Isobel Elsom, and Victoria Horne NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this Belgian poster is a REPRODUCTION of the original Belgian poster, and is not an original poster, and it measures larger than the original poster. But it is higher quality than the vast majority of reproductions! It was one of a set of 9 that was created in the 1990s. Each of those were printed on a higher quality thicker paper stock than "regular" Belgian posters, and the printing quality is quite nice (see our image). When they were made, they retailed for $25 each, or $200 for the set of 9. We were consigned a set of these nine, and we are auctioning them in nine separate auctions. Condition: very good to fine.
