Walt Disney's Pinocchio, the classic 1940 Hamilton Luske & Ben Sharpsteen Walt Disney animated animation puppet cartoon musical fantasy adventure ("Hi-Diddle Dee Dee!"; "Full length feature production"; "Jiminy Cricket - what a show!"; "In Multiplane Technicolor") featuring the voices of Dickie Jones (in the title role as Pinocchio), Cliff Edwards (as Jiminy Cricket), Christian Rub (as Gepetto), Evelyn Venable (as the Blue Fairy), Mel Blanc, Walter Catlett (as J. Worthington Foulfellow), Frankie Darro (as Lampwick), and Charles Judels (as Stromboli)

Important Added Info: Note that this first release pressbook is incredibly rare, and we have only previously auctioned two complete example, and one with many cuts. This example we are currently auctioning is missing the covers and has four interior cuts (one very tiny one, and three from small newspaper stories. There is a "tipped-in" 4-page herald that is present, and it originally had a tipped-in "colorfoto", that is missing. So much is gone, but there are many, many pages of newspaper stories and ads, most of which probably have not been seen since 1940! But please bear in mind what is present and what is missing before bidding.

Condition: fair, WITH CUTS. The pressbook is missing its covers and has four cuts, and is missing a tipped-in photo, but the tipped-in herald IS present (see above). Please bear all this in mind before bidding.
