Two of the items have been autographed by Stevens and one of those two items is numbered #482/600. Our consignor does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we are certain the autographs are authentic. The Rocketeer is a superhero created by Dave Stevens in 1982 as an homage to the Saturday matinee serial heroes of the circa 1950s. The Rocketeer's adventures take place in in New York and L.A. in 1938. In 1991, Walt Disney released a movie based on the comic in which creator Dave Stevens has a small cameo. Note that the items in this lot are from the 1980s to the 1990s. We do not provide a list of these items, but there are images of all of them (and we pictured the back of one).
