Marin romantic inventor marital marriage wedding comedy ("Gay! Romantic! Exciting!"; "Here's romping romance... as gay as 'Libeled Lady'!"; about a man who invents a hair removing cream that makes shaving obsolete, and the razor companies pay him a quarter of a million dollars to NOT produce it, and he goes on an around-the-world cruise with his fiancee, and they have many adventures) starring Robert Young, Florence Rice, June Clayworth, Barnett Parker, Warren Hymer, and Jack Norton NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: poor to fair. The poster had small paper loss at the top and bottom crossfolds and some creases, scuffs, and tiny bits of paper loss on parts of some folds. It had tears in the Rice's face at bottom center, and pinholes, tears, and paper loss around the edges. Overall, the poster was in fair condition prior to linenbacking. An untalented restorer backed the poster, and they attempted to restore Rice's face by putting purple paint on it, and it really was very poorly done. Obviously, the poster could be re-restored, but bear its very significant defects in mind before bidding on it. Learn More about condition grades
