Segar) starring Robin Williams (in the title role "is Popeye"), Shelley Duvall ("is Olive Oyl"), Ray Walston, Paul Dooley (as Wimpy), Paul L. Smith (as Bluto), Richard Libertini, Dennis Franz, Wesley Ivan Hurt (as Swee'pea), and Linda Hunt (in her first movie role!)
