Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had a long diagonal tear running from Kennedy's fist at upper right, down through Ferrer's sleeve and across to the "CH" of "DIETRICH". It had a few creases and tears scattered in the upper image. It had small paper loss at the crossfolds and some creases and small tears scattered in the vertical fold, and a lesser amount of wear on the other folds. It had pinholes and some tears around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
