The Wise Virgin, the 1924 Lloyd Ingraham silent romantic love triangle melodrama (about a pretty young woman who is torn between the foreman of her ranch and a mysterious nobleman, but her aunt learns that the nobleman is not only a fake, but also has a Burmese mother, and once the pretty young girl learns all this, and meets the Burmese mother, she ends that relationship and unites with her foreman) starring Patsy Ruth Miller, Matt Moore, Edythe Chapman, Lucy Fox, Leon Bary, and Charles A. Stephenson. Note that this is the sort of wacky "interracial" romance that was ultra popular in the 1920s. Fortunately, no one makes movies like these anymore!

Important Added Info: Note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline).

Condition: fair to good. There is an uneven horizontal crack running across the lower center of the image.
