Important Added Info: Note that the left blank border is much thinner than the right blank border. This appears to be from a defect at the printers and the poster does not appear to have been trimmed.

Condition: very good. There are minor creases throughout the poster and there are some pin holes around the edges. There are small paint stains on the back of the poster at upper left but they do not appear to have any effect on the front.
